Installation & Commissioning

Troubleshooting, Repair & Renewal

We have engineers available for contact 24 Hours a day, 365 Days a year. Our target is to solve any trouble on the equipment within 3hrs upon the first point of contact. When necessary, we dispatch engineers on-site together with the replacement parts. We take care thousands of Yaskawa products in customers across Indonesia and handle an average of 1000+ requests annually (Troubleshooting, Repair, & Renewal Services).

Periodical Inspection & Maintenance

Various Maintenance package options to suit the customer’s budget, such as :

  • Complete Inspection (with / without consumable parts).
  • Customized Inspection – Simple / partial.
  • Lunch-Time check : We provide a simple check of product health during lunch time when the product is currently not in use (Free Of Charge).
  • Renewal of discontinued or obsolete model.

Educational Training

We provide various types of training to customers using our product, such as :

  • General Training (Basic Operation & Basic Maintenance).
  • Intermediate & Advanced Programming & Maintenance.
  • Equipment Specific Training :
    1. Industrial Robots.
    2. Frequency Converter (Drives) & Machine Control.
    3. Servo-Drive Technology.
    4. Software (MOTOSIM, SIGMAWIN, DRIVEWORKS).

Spare Part & Consumable Items

We keep critical spare parts in our office, such as :

  • CPU, I/F Board, Power Supply.
  • Servopack, Servomotors, Inverters, Programming Pendant.
  • Speed Reducer & Harmonic Drives for Robots.
  • Servo Cables & Robot Cables.
  • Consumable Grease & Lubrication, Batteries.

We have regional offices in Singapore, Thailand & Malaysia for spare part support and Global Parts Centre in Japan for emergency part dispatch. Especially for Robots, we also have a Lifetime Service initiative that guarantees spare parts & services available for as long as the robots are in use by the customer.
